The continued expansion of the retail group now extends to 18 successful convenience stores covering a wide geographic area throughout Cambridgeshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Yorkshire, Bedfordshire and has an annual turnover delivering in excess of £18 million.
Our mission of success relies on a carefully selected national and regional supplier Booker Retail Partner that shares our vision and provides the flexibility within our retail business model to deliver our daily requirements.

MSP & Noble Group was founded in 2002 by owner Seelan Thambirajah with a mission to create one of the most Modern, Dynamic, Customer focused, and forward-thinking independent retail convenience store chains in the UK. It is a small family-owned business with more than 100 team members striving to achieve the company mission.
From its small beginnings the group has been extremely successful in its quest and continues with a clear unrelenting strategy of growth and expansion through offering franchises whom have a passion for retailing and a driven mentality to exceed customer service and profit expectations, the opportunity to become entrepreneurial business owners within their communities, whilst presenting the group with an opportunity expand its operation into 3 key areas.
The company has received several prestigious industry accolades over the years. Stores managed by the company have been listed under Independent Achievers’ Academy’s Top 100 Independent Retailers for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Premier of Gostwick Road was named a finalist during the year 2021 and Budgens of Hinchingbrooke, was as named the Category Star for ‘Responsible Retailing’ in 2022.
Budgens of Hinchingbrooke was also named as a finalist under the category ‘Multiple Managed Convenience Store of the Year’ in the Convenience Awards in 2022. The company was named as a finalist under the category ‘Independent Retail Chain of the Year’ by the Grocer in 2022.
